Basic Eligibility:

• Must be 55 years or older.
• Your partner can be any age.
• Be outside Aus at the time of application, or else hold student visa
• Self-funded retirees to reside in Australia during their retirement years.

 

Financial Requirements:

• Make a significant long term financial investment in Aus.
• Assets valued at least AUD750 000.& held for 2 years prior application,
• Must have access to a minimum net income of AUD65 000

 

Obligations:

• Notify State/ Territory
• Intent to develop a business in that State/Territory.
• A need to live in Australia temporarily
• Commitment to ownership interest

 

Duration:
4 years

A temporary visa & does not lead to PR or citizenship.
