Basic Eligibility:

Less than 55 years old
Sponsored by State or Territory Government
IELTS 5 within one year validity
Have a successful business or investment career
Be outside Australia at the time of Visa application
Or alternately hold a student visa
Have a successful business or investment career
& genuine / realistic commitment to investing / business in Australia

Financial Requirement:
Investment of AUD$750,000, in a state/ territory of AUS & transferable to Australia
when requested.
Asset Value of atleast AUD$125,000 for 2 years before you apply
Sufficient assets ( additional ) to settle in Aus.
Obligations:

Notify State/ Territory
Intend to develop business in that state / territory
Maintain investment for 4 years in Aus.
A need to live in Aus temporarily
Duration of the visa:
 4 years
Eligible for PR after 2 years
